Reservation Policy

Check-in from 14:00 hours (2pm)
Check-out until 10:00 hours (10am)
Express check-in: Please check mobile used for booking for details and directions on the day of check-in.
 

Child Policy

Whilst we are primarily a couples retreat, children of any age are welcome. As not all of our cottages can cater for children, please contact us directly to check availability and pricing. No children are to be left unattended on the property or in the cottages. Children aged 16 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Pricing

All of our pricing online defaults to 2 adults. Please contact us directly for pricing and availability if you have extra guests or children.

 

Cottage Occupancy

Cottage One and Two are for adults only with a max occupancy of 2 adults.
Cottage Three and Four can cater for 2 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults.                                                          
Please note Rosebrook Cottages have the right to charge should we find more than the booked amount of guests staying in your cottage (ie. singles beds have been used when only a couple has booked).

House Rules

Pets are not allowed.
A deposit is required for all bookings with the remaining charged during the stay. A Credit Card must be supplied as security should Direct Deposit be the form of payment.
No party policy.

Cleaning

Rosebrook Cottages reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee for stays that leave the cottages untidy, with dirty dishes and evidence of inside smoking. All damage needs to be reported to Rosebrook Cottages, and we reserve the right to charge guest for any damages.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings at Rosebrook Cottages are 100% refundable until 14 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior will be charged at 50%. At 7 days prior to your arrival, bookings become non refundable. 

No Shows and early departures will be charged 100%.

In the case of Travel Restrictions imposed by State and Federal Governments that prevent you from travelling, all bookings impacted in that time frame will receive a full refund of any deposits taken.
